I always call it Resurrection Day as well!! Also in E. WA, outside the Tri Cities. I would have sworn you were in northern MN, MI or Canada!! Thanks again for all you do.. I've been curing lots of meats with salt only since I found you!!

Hi Tom, I'm so glad you've been having success with the salt curing and enjoying that process! WA is such a diverse state, it never stops surprising me how different it can be in just an hour drive any direction. Beautiful part of the world!
