Chef, baka need mo ng kusinero. wala ako formal education, home cook and passion lang. mag rresign ako sa work ko dito sa Malaysia para mag work under you hahaha

Alam ko kung gaano kahirap ang kusinera / kusinero…i operated 2 factory ccanteen concessions for 20 years…kabutihan i just did not depend on the cooks kc marunong ako and i even taught my cooks…pag me absent i pitch in….all around ako…i plan the menu and do the marketing myself….mahirap talaga….it is a 24 hours service round the clock…i retired after 20 yrs….
