I like your voice because it is nice & soft yet still understandable. I'm going to pick up a couple of your items! I like seeing what other crafters are doing. I like to make greeting cards for my family & friends. I get a lot of ideas from other crafters. I did a huge temu haul of stamps & dies. I got over 200 items & now have to try them all. Hi, Lori. There's an easy fix for the frame dies. You can use pieces of thin cardboard as shims between your embossing "plates". That will increase the pressure to your embossing machine and it should cut better. You may have to experiment with the shims to get just the right amount of cutting pressure. The "washi" is actually sticker tape. I've used that before and the one you have looks like it's a good roll. The middle piece of the earring would be great for a spoon ornament embellishment.

I'm enjoying your Temu haul videos. It's nice to see the items as you open them. I'm liking Temu and have made only one purchase so far. I love stamping, stencils, die cuts and card making. More.... but that was my main "haul". Their prices are low and the items (at least crafting items) are good quality. I'm planning to continue shopping with Temu because my experience was very good. One way you can read the fine print on those retro stickers, is to take a photo of it, then enlarge it (zoom in) when you open the pic. I learned this trick from a coworker when I was trying to see extremely fine print on an eye chart I had to type up in a document. I had tried a magnifier, but when that didn't work for the tiniest print, I tied the photo trick!

I have had some amazing dies from temu which cut beautiful, one thing i will say is that they have a great returns team if you are ever not satisfied with any of their products.

I would use a layer of waxed paper between the intricate dies and the paper. It helps. It works for me.

Here are two things I've tried with intricate dies. 1) Run the die thru back and forth...and, then turn the die....and try running it thru, again. I have the Cuttlebug....I live this machine....BUT, sometimes, it has a hard time cutting intricate dies, well. My oldest die cutter is the Cuttlebug...however, A few years ago, I purchased the big 2) Spellbinder Platinum die cutter....this machine has paid for itself many times over... Sometimes, I do have to add an extra shim...or an extra halfturn...but, many times, the Spellbinder Platinum will cut a completely as opposed to the Cuttlebug. By the way, I still use both machines. Hope these tips are a help. Enjoying your hauls.😃

I was working on die cutting and watching your haul. I was having trouble with some not cutting through. I’m going to use some thin cardboard as another viewer suggested. I also got a couple of the pen cutters and I like them too. Thanks for sharing all you do!!

I'm really impressed with the blending brushes and finger bobs they are normally just so expensive, even if Temu ones don't last as long they can be easily replaced which is just super. Pulling jewellery to bits great idea, love the emerald green. Thank you for running everything by, hope you get the dies to work 🌺

Great haul. I have lots of intricate dies from Temu. I used a magnetic shim. I also found that flipping the plates from front to back works well.

I have been really unlucky using my cuttlebug. I normally use a gemini but wanted the cuttlebug for something I could just fold up and keep on my desk or move around with but there was a lot it just wouldn't cut. I recently had it out and after trying to cut out an intricate die, was ready to give up when I thought I would try flipping the plates so I cut as I normally do with the card on the bottom with the die facing down onto it, run it through, then flipped the whole thing around and put it through again with the cutting plate on top this time. It worked perfectly. This is the 2nd cuttlebug i've had so going to get the 1st one out and try the same with that one as that was worse than the one i'm using now

I hope they get the finger brushes. They look light the finger dauber but they have bristles instead of the sponge. I love them because I'm limited on space.

those inks are gorgeous, Here's a tip: the pigment means they stay wet longer so you can emboss with them. If you ever get stayz on or a dye ink they dry instantly on the paper. the pigment does come off your hands quickly and nicely, but you may want to set anything aside that you stamp in those inks to dry for an hour so you can color if you do not emboss. i also store my pads upside down as well. You chose some fantastic items. Love them all. thank you so much for sharing. God bless.

The Frugal Crafter taught me to put my die ink pads upside down. But for pigment they should be stored like normal with the top being up. ❤

More goodies in this one Lori! That's too bad about the doily &/or frame dies. For me, if you have to figure out just the right amount of shims you need, then it's not really worth the trouble. They should cut on the first pass or maybe add 1 shim, but after that it would be a no for me. I have the pen blades in my coming order on Monday & can't wait to try it. Loved those green earings & TY for the tip on the possibility of taking them apart & using them elsewhere. Excellent. Good luck on your dental apt. Be well, be safe & TYFS

I own two dye cutters. A Sizzix (hope I spelled that correctly) I also have a tiny One from Temu. I have never had a problem with any dyes. Does your top plastic cover your whole dye from side to side ?. When I graduated Lane Cedar Chest gave every senior girl a small Chest you could put on your Dresser.

Hi, is there any way you could look back through your orders and tell me the name of the washi tape at 28:36? I tried searching for this for a half hour or more on Temu, using a bunch of different search terms, and I couldn't find it. 😔. It is SO DARN CUTE and just the kind of thing I love! Dear Laurie (I hope I spelt your name correctly), Even though you uploaded videos almost 9 years ago but I just stumbled upon your channel a month ago. To tell you the truth, I very much enjoy all of your videos and you got such a soothing voice. You made a Cross and Snowflake using Pinwheel Beads, which some call them Starflake Sunburst. You know how hard it is for find them these days? I checked every local craft store, online stores, Ebay, Etsy and Amazon Australia. But it’s not sold here in Australia and if I want to order it from US, I have to pay $95 for postage. Ridiculous I say. Is there an alternative bead I can use? Also, we don’t have Triple Thick Gloss Glaze. Would Mod podge do the same? Or I need to apply 2-3 coats of Mod Podge to have the same affect? One more thing, you have no idea how much I enjoy your shopping videos. They are great. Take care and God bless you and your family.

I didn't notice any smearing while placing the image on the paper, however, I didn't wet them after they dried.

The only bit i dislike with temu if they run out of something you ordered they send you something else you dont want.also i sent for 2 small bottles to put your glue in.then they send you other 2 half size.actually size of your little finger??? Anyway i have spent 1000 s at temu and because i dont do a channel they dont send me a free haul.yet they can see your history over 3 years and they send nothing.they give you 100 pound coupon then you order 100 pound but still pay 100 pound????
