They play with Flash/heal/Exhaust The Ghost Cleanse - is another strategy played by many others That is why they are able to flash over the base wall, and why the other KR Challengers do not :) Also this proxy lvl 1 strategy is very hard even if enemies don't show up - so practice in Custom game first then normals - or you may even just die to minions

this really makes me think. if Nilah gives more xp for last hitting, wouldnt fasting senna have AMAZING synergy with her? you could play nilah support building full dmg and senna gets super turbo fed from souls and extra stats from nilah passive. I will experiment with this in my elo

That proxy strategy is just my type of cheese, love it. I also like the not going Flash on champs with mobility, I’ve been maining Yi recently and I find a ton more value from running Exhaust than any other summoner spell, it just makes the 1v1s in the jungle or even 1v2s so easily winnable. If I really need mobility I’ll pick Ghost which is lower CD and will get you most kills that Flash gets you anyway, I find Flash has the most value as a defensive spell to run away over a wall or something, not as an offensive one.

I think it's a great strategy but now that it's known ... The gimmick is easily countered but big props for creativity

Yesterday we actually had a Nilah mid+Lee Top do this double proxy strat. Threw us for a loop, but I recalled and picked up a double as adc and then my top proceeded to go 12/0 vs the Lee. Flawless strat in pisslow NA lmfaoooooo

Ngl the joke at the beginning of nilah being a low dmg character got me, well done

support nilah could work pretty well with a "starving senna" let nilah take all the cs generating more xp and more shades for senna making the most of both passives thought a starving senna + sion support combo is still a bit better imo

Think its important to point out the video you mentioned of DL flaming ghost cleanse in pro play was that in that particular game it was troll. They picked it on Zeri who doesn't really need the cleanse for exhaust and DL was saying flash had more value than cleanse that game. Seemed like he was arguing there is a time for ghost cleanse but that wasn't it

im so used to proxy farming that i can already see improvements to be made. For starters amumu. once he hits level 5 he cant be hurt by minions and he has the fastest clear earlygame. Then id take trundle. Early game power and a pillar to manipulate enemy movements. Plus the healing from minions is huge.

Today I learned that the double proxy idea was used before I had that idea.

Recently played against that strat as riven top, didn't really understand what was going on. I always invade, every single game on every single role, in order to put deep late wards early on. Met lee sin during invade, then nilah showed up, and the jungle followed by supp. Proceeded to controlled extended runaway to waste their time and organisation after boldly placing my ward at their raptors bush for perfect jungle tracking. Backed to base as late as possible for me to be able to get to lane around when minions meet. Then ennemy lee and nilah appear on my face on my way to top, inside the base walls. Quick trade on them, with big minion lead, leaving them both 20%, was too low to accomplish anything more and then just walked to lane to not miss any farm. My fizz mid just cleared his waves and easely secured the double on their second or third proxy wave. They were basically free kills to pick up after each reset. But I gotta admit, when I see that kind of nonsense, I'm more afraid of getting scammed by that strategy than I'm confident it's bad. I was just lucky I was at the right place at the right moment, completely clueless, but reactive enough to fuck up their strategy. I really didn't get the point of it untill I watched this video. Haven't played much last years and not up to date with new champs, so I could never have expected to actually understand that strat using nilah's passive. That passive seems kinda nuts to me by the way.

I buy Moonstone on Senna because she has pretty good AP scaling, unlike Ornn for example. Nilah has none so I don't know if I'd bother taking the item on her. If the item could trigger her passive to heal her, that might be worth it. But I'm pretty sure that's not how that works. Redemption on the other hand is probably okay...I don't know why you're putting 3 AP items on that item build... If you want to boost healing, you can buy some critical strike instead.

This strategy is not great against Irelia because she can't lose farm under turret, and also Nasus/Kayle/Kassadin who actually will enjoy the free farm without having to get poked early

Cleance is not great against exhaust, you cleance the slow, but your damage still reduced. Same with ignite, you clean the damage, but heal reduction still applied

This video is all over the place. Thumbnail and start of the vid is about a duo abusing Nilah passive in solo lanes (the strat even involves Nilah FLASHING into the enemy base). Suddenly it's about AD Carry Nilah and ghost cleanse being good summoner spells on her, presumably only in the botlane? Really feels like 2 separate videos about Nilah mashed into a mess of a Frankenstein video.
