He isn’t though. If you wanna tight kite with perfume, just use perfumer. In high tier he just doesn’t work either, if you don’t get a good item first chest you’re really a blank character, you can’t waste EVEN MORE time opening chests. You need to force cipher rush and opening a chest, especially early game really hurts the rush. The items aren’t that useful too since none of them even get buffed like a football on forward, perf on perfumer, bot on mech etc. every character can do what lucky guy does with any item and they do it better. He doesn’t do better rescues than a merc forward coord or first officer, he doesn’t do better decoding than mech prisoner or explorer, he doesn’t give better assist than seer priestess wilding or barmaid, and he doesn’t give better kites than prospector, Acro, perfumer or even dancer.

@@xenonboo6217 some people say magician is but he isn’t. Magician is way harder to rescue, and doesn’t have much kite potential. Plus even if he uses the wand perfectly but gets predicted or unlucky it won’t change the kite. All Bc people believe he doesn’t feed presence, who cares if you feed presence and the hunter is full presence for first chair if the first chair is at 2 ciphers left. The only 2 hunters that matters against is wu Chang and sculptor, and for wu Chang even at full presence he can still only damage with his melee.

Don't forget obsessive to find chests and doctor (optional) when you don't get the item you wished for, you'll likely get syringes. If you have doctor in your team, you can play as a secondary doctor as she'll give extra healing buff.
