Sarfraz should be next Captain for Tests and ODI Imad captain of T20. BUT Srafraz and Imad should be made captain for at least ONE year. If Babar after 4 years still need to learn more about Captaincy then he should learn captancy by playing domestic 4 days cricket for st least two years.

T20 main performance is not a big deal. 1 or 2 players can turn the game around. ODI and test are the real test, and he has a pathetic record in ODI and tests. Eng beat them 3-0 and Aus 1-0 on home series. They only beat weak teams and B team to get number 1 spot. When spinners are required he bowls fast bowlers. When fast bowlers are required he bowls spinners. He has no game awareness. If someone is bowling well, he replaces him. He is just run of mill type captain. No planning to get anyone out. Just throw the ball to the bowler and hope to get wicket if batsman plays bad shot. This is not how captaincy is done. You have to be proactive and aggressive. Set aggressive field. Make plans to get batsman out. Whoever is supporting him now does not know ABC of cricket. But having said that, I think they should keep him as captain for Australia series and ask him to beat them. Keep the same team. Let’s see if they can beat Australia. But they will make a scapegoat for the tough Australia series to save him. So when Pak loose to Aus 3-0, they can make him the captain again. Sarfaraz and Shan should not accept test captaincy for Australia tour.

Before the World Cup had started I really wanted Pakistan to perform well, but shows like this started making comparisons like Babar to Mughal king who invaded this land and killed innocents. The way they were promoting that history is about to repeat that it actually put a bad taste Now I really am happy at Pakistan's dismal performance.
