He’s so not scared of things around the shop that he’s almost got crushed or burned and gets kicked and bumped and smacked with things all the time. I kinda wish he was a little more scared… he sometimes tries to eat sparks from a grinder or cutoff wheel.

I’ve been using harbor freight tools for probably 30 years now. They just keep getting better. They’re the best choice for decent tools for any DIYer. I even used a lot of HF tools professionally and never had issue for the most part. I’m pretty hard on the tools I use. I don’t like my snap on sockets and combo wrenches because they have much better tolerances and hardly ever slip. But other than that, harbor freight is my go to. It was great timing on my part. I wanted something inexpensive to just have around in case I needed it and for an upcoming project video. I was looking at a 6 1/2 inch one but it wasn’t brushless and I just happened to check the clearance table up front of the store and there was this one for $30 off. No brainer for the amount I’ll use it.

It's probably good for big projects. These new brushless harbor freight tools are pretty good

@orange3203 I agree for sure. I’ve been buying the Hercules tools as a lower cost alternative and I’m not disappointed at all. The fact that they have a 5 year, over the counter warranty on the tools and 3 years on the battery. What is there really to complain about. Doing what I do, I’ll probably never test the full capabilities of the circular saw. But the grinder and drill and port-a-band saw, I use them almost every day. I had to warranty the drill once because the chuck got stuck, but it was an easy exchange. Thank you for watching and I appreciate your comment!

@@ogresspeedshop im already heavily invested in Milwaukee but got a half inch impact from harbor freight just for the service truck and I'm impressed. The battery prices alone are worth it.
