To add some context, I had a 25% no exclusions coupon but the fine print said for in stock items only similar to the language on this coupon. I did check with the manager prior to trying to purchase the box and they said that pre-order items were eligible. They verified it by scanning the item and coupon at the register. I also signed up for the credit card when I did it for an extra 10% off managed to get the 56" box for $1700. I did this in mid-April.

1 thing to note on the hydraulic lift cart. The 500#, yes it’s smaller and doesn’t lift as high, but the minimum height is a couple inches lower on the 500#. For my use this is more important to me.

well if you were a inside track club member you would get 20% off. and if you were listen to the bear, you would see that in the past, they’ve given out these coupons and check the price up and this year they’re not doing that. So you’re getting more for your 20% if you’re an inside track member and that extra 5% I mean when it comes down to it 3 or4 dollars. that’s all your missing out on. Doesn’t seem like that big a deal to me, but everyone has a right to feel the way they feel. You can always hold out until the next 25% off coupon. Happy holidays.

When they were closing out on the Series 2, I kept waiting for prices to drop low. I waited too long. I couldn’t get the blue that I wanted. BUT… I got the 42” in red (the store’s last series 2) that was on the showroom with a side set of drawers all for $325 (it had a sticker on it for more, and i was ready to pay it, but I asked for the keys. When they couldn’t find them, they knocked another $50 off the chest, and $25 off the side drawers). It was a phenomenal deal. I wanted blue - and really any color but red would have been my preferred, but I don’t care about color enough to pass up on that deal.

Just went to the Hialeah, Florida store and ran into a huge mess. First they did not have product, would not honor the 20% and I was assualted on the way out of the store (with the Manager pushing the box behind me) by a spanish speaking punk kid that cut all the way across the sidewalk to try and run me into the wall and then tried to start a fight. I guess the armed guard there was busy visiting his buddies. Store was full of people stealing. Good Luck HF, you will need it.

I have 2 Harbor Freights within 45 minutes of me. They are both super friendly and helpful. I have also been able to use the 20% off at each location each day. That's 2X per day. As TDoT says, work with them and be nice and they may just reciprocate 👍. Unfortunately I could not convince them to let me take 20% off of 10 items a day 🤣

At the end when you got to the Bauer Hercules guys and what each can get. That honestly is what stops me from buying Cordless tools at HF. I want some tools in each time, but the different platforms kinda kill it. I already have a earthquake big boy impact, so why do I want 2 more battery platforms. For all the smart things HF does that is the dumbest thing. And I do hear it from others too, alot of us are down to have HF cordless in the mix, and alot of us already have a battery platform or two. But its the fact its kinda a trap, its actually easier to buy a little bit more expensive other brand but cheaper when we are talking about buying batteries and chargers for more platforms.

I'm taking this sales event as the opportunity to start transitioning from the Ridgid batter platform to Hercules. I went to HF on Friday and got the deal on the 5 ah battery with fast charger for $99 and got the brushless circular saw for free. At the same time, I bought the 1/2" drill kit (with 2 ah battery and fast charger) and used the 20% off on that. On Saturday, I went back and got another $99 battery/charger and got the grease gun for free - and I picked up the 1/4" driver kit (with battery and charger) using the 20% coupon. I'm heading back today for another $99 battery/charger and will get a recip saw for free - and I'll pick up the oscillating multi tool at 20% off. I'm not sure yet what/whether I'll get on Monday... It can engrave anodized AL but not cut it. If you need to engrave regular AL you will need the IR but if you want real penetration you'll need a fiber laser.

There IS ready a Hercules 20v brushless hammer drill. There was not a Bauer though. In fact I asked you if you had any idea if they would do one maybe a month or so ago and you said you were fairly sure it'd be soon, or something of the like. Since then the Hercules one was my entry into that line and battery system ha. Oh well. I'm not a Hercules Bauer guy. There are worse things in life.

That’s not entirely accurate. Their system defaults to applying the coupon to the highest price item scanned. The coupon says it’s not for open box items, but I bought an Icon 5 piece snap ring plier set marked down to $35 and the 20% coupon took it down to $28 on an open box item.

I bought it last week and it’s a really nice stand. It has rollers on the supports, the 4th leg has an adjustment for uneven ground where its competitors don’t. It’s smaller lengthwise and lighter to a Dewalt. Your getting less with the Dewalt but almost twice the price, so I’d say it’s worth the money.

I spelled this out in the video that for other products it wasn’t that big of a deal but for the products that are normally excluded it was when I’m talking about something like Ryobi that often goes on sale for 40% off talking about a 20% off coupon is kind of irrelevant

The snap on hate turns me off. I’ll just say this, no Icon copy of a snap on box is the same same. I have drawers with 800lbs of tools in them, icons stuff will not last with that kind of weight. I have a box from 1996 that’s still used daily, they’ll replace any slider, any parts that break, no problem. In 20 years will HF be around?

You claim facts but never provide any just always fall back on the, well everyone knows assumptions so essentially you got nothing and your American Made tool box is made by Korean robots with money going to a corporation that has been sued countless times by its own franchise for fraud because it prays on American families and forces them into debt that ruins them. I’ve actually talked to the widows of snap on dealers who committed suicide because they felt they failed their families, but in reality it was snap on that failed them then snap on turns around and sells the same story of American made to new dealers while hiding the fact that most of their profit comes from foreign made tools. Those are the real FACTS

Stop being a cult like fan boy. 30 min on google would prove you wrong but you won't even do that much work because you are more worried about how buying snap on makes you feel then any actual facts.

Experience is fact. Emails from techs that don’t know is not facts. That’s buyers remorse. Warranty not being covered like it should be by a franchisee isn’t the issue we are talking about, again you deflect to another issue trying to win this BS argument. Anyone that thinks the toolbox HF makes is the same quality as a Snap on box is ignorant. I’ve watched co-workers buy Icon boxes, they absolutely have issues once you load 400 lbs into a drawer. They have constant slider issues/failures. They flex more because they don’t have structural gussets like the Snap On does. If you’re not a pro tech it’s probably fine. I’m not a woodworker but I have a FIL that thinks Milwaukee is trash compared to Festool. I would never know the difference as I don’t make high end cabinets. Same shit here. Most ppl shopping at HF don’t have 800 lbs of sockets in their socket drawer like I do. You throw the fanboy label around quite a bit. I have all brands in my collection. I have German puller sets by Kukko that absolutely shit all over Snap ons puller sets. I’m the biggest hater of the Snap On Zeus scan tool. It’s garbage on anything European. They continue to tell everyone how’s it’s the best scan tool ever and a 4000 dollar Autel smokes it. 😅
