Thanks, the pump was just something I had lying around. The maximum lift seems to be around 300-350 lbs., which is enough for my purposes.

The larger tube is about 2-3/8" (60mm), the smaller (inner) tube is about 2" (50mm) both are about 1/8 (3mm) wall.

I have a starter relay under the hood which connects to the battery and feeds a heavy gauge (welding cable) wire to the pump motor. A pair of 16 ga. wires connect the pushbutton switch to control the starter relay.

@@phineasj.whoopee3301 how many lifts do you get out of your battery before its hard to start your truck. Or dp you idle your truck while operating the crane?

@@abrielonsurez4051 I can fill the truck with large rounds (3/4+ cord) without affecting the ability to start the truck. I don't idle the truck.

I just ordered a T5 i found on ebay i would like to duplicate your system and save the back ache since all my wood pile is large rounds. Thank you very much for your help you have a very intelligent method.
