Bought one from Harbor Freight and moved 7 tons (in 3 trips) of landscape rock. Worked great but thought about putting a rachet or some sort of add on to attach a drill or impact wrench to.

You need one of the cheap 2000 lb. electric winches on the trailer to turn the crank instead of doing it like that. It would be a great mod.

They're made for pickup trucks so you don't have to worry about the handle hitting the ground

Has anyone tried welding on a socket adaptor and using a 20v impact wrench to unload? I have the same problem.

They need a handle on both sides for two people to crank at the same time 👍.

If they had a ratcheting mechanism instead of having to re-attach, that would be perfect.

I ended up welding a pipe threader die to the shaft and using that. Works pretty well. The 1” threading die fits real close.
