The video talks about hard exudates in details. This video is a part of the series on hypopigmented lesions of the retina. Hard exudates are lipoproteinaceous deposits in the retina occurring along with the leakage of the vessels. Seen with chronic vasculopathy like diabetic retinopathy, branch vein obstruction, retinal artery macroaneurysm, hemangioma.
SUBRETINAL EXUDATES : are seen in coats disease and hemangioma .
