A woman's body ovaries are meant to be done with child birth around 45, beyond this is in miracle territory but the significant changes begin aroound 30 and could become significant by 35. At this stage getting pregnant without clinical help is less likely and it keeps declining very significantly every year till menopause. In a nutshell, its smart to be done with child birth before her eggs begin changing at 30, because after then you're probably going to have pregnancy issues and the older you get even the child could have development issues if the mother managed to get pregnant and carry to term. It’s very possible to have a healthy baby in your thirties especially with good medical care. Also, why did you put 15 in that range? 15 year old girls should not be having children.
