Thanks for watching my video. Yea there isn’t much info out there. Videos on the hard mount brackets are hard to find. Looking at the biltwell, they have the Velcro saddle flap and Molly webbing, you should be able to make them fit no problem 👍🏼. Would be interested to see what bags people can fit to these brackets. Ride on, be safe 🤙

Also, not mentioned in the video, I went back and put some grip tape on the pinch brackets to hold the flap in a little tighter

Hey man. I tried this exact approach with my Biltwell Exfil 18s. Ordered the Thrashin hard mount brackets because I was running into the same issue as OP. The bags were sagging and even rubbing against the tire with the yoke fully tight. Unfortunately the Exfil 18s don’t pair well with the hard mount brackets since they don’t have any bottom straps. I tried using black zip ties to tidy it up but it looked tacky. I ended up returning them and getting the Thrashin Escape bags.

@@drewdamoci1949 yea bummer the biltwell didn’t work out. If my Viking bags wear out I’ll be buying the thrashin bags. I only bought the Viking bags because they were on sale and decided to go them a try. Thanks for watching 🤙
