Thanks a lot as it helped us a lot. For us we can able to use the remote power button to switch on the TV but after that power button was becoming unresponsive to switch off the TV.. So there is not any option to switch off the TV but only we have to pull the power from Tv. Please do hard reset..Study the details below to understand the issue. We raised service request in MI. Mi engineer came and checked the issue and asked for motherboard change. He took our serial number from mi tv box to raise a mother board change request. But we thought to give a last try to do hard reset with the procedure given in the link- kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j99iq9Co1NPRgmw.html It's working fine now.. Request all to try this thing before calling mi engineer.
