yes Tiffany, power down the phone and start over the hard reset process, but now hold volume up,home button and power key, press those three at the same time, but now when the logo appears or the phone vibrates release inmediately all keys give the phone the time to switch to each robot until you get to the recovery menu, ( if get stuck on the last robot icon with yellow lines or white lines just press the volume up for three secs and release to bring up the recovery menu) let menknownin a new comment under this video if you have another question, thanks a lot and please Subscribe to the Channel and if you would like to leave some tip for the Channel to improve you can do it so via Venmo username @claudioLid, thanks you very very much before hand 🤝
