I did this and everything got deleted but if I sell and somebody buys my phone put their email and etc my data won't show right everything would be deleted right

My display broke for the third time,and I went for a cheap one. The new display is a substandard quality product. When I try to draw the pattern,the thread will break,during the drawing process. Now,the consecutive attempts duration became 32 minutes. Will the reset help to open the phone?
