Also, this was a reality TV show, the customers for the most part and their interactions with the staff were fake. Not to mention that the staff you saw on TV only worked the store maybe a few times a year. Don’t believe everything you see on TV. I have personally worked with Ashley on several pieces that I bought from her store, and she’s amazing. She goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. That’s the real Ashley…. They have 1,000 people a day, but the store only has a few inside, but there's a line to get in? There's a bunch of empty parking spaces, close to the door? The prople are obviously faking. They must have a "Come be crazy and grt on TV" day. You can see them grinning,

I have an idea for people who claim they bought the ring for example in the store and don't have the receipt. A photo of the item can be put in the computer along with the receipt copy. Also if their name isn't in the computer that proves they didn't get it from you but you've probably have come across that many times and the people involved would not be satisfied with that anyhow. Good show !

Yes, Harry Gordon Selfridge, John Wanamaker and Marshall Field said "The Customer is always right." HOWEVER, they denounced that a few months later, stating, they did not count on the dishonesty of customers. So, the customer is always right has NOT been a "thing" since 1914.
