3 ай бұрынIn this video I get to run off-roading trail “JOINT EFFORT” in Sandhollow Utah in our Jeep Wrangler. It is rated a level 9 trail for technical rock crawling!

Great job guys! We did Joint Effort two years ago and it has definitely become more challenging. But what a fun trail. And Jeff's rig has so much flex! That thing looks like a spider at times. I had wondered how hot his clutch gets. He would certainly benefit with an automatic swap, or a granny geared NP 435 or T-18. Or the newer NV 4500 (?) five speed. I'm a hold out from switching to an automatic simply because the T-18 with the 4 to 1 in the transfer case works so good. But another great Sand Hollow video! 📽

Thanks Dallas! I’m sure you guys made it look way easier then we did and Jeff’s Jeep is definitely a cheater mobile. I need to get the other Jeep done to keep up. And I think he’s trying to wait and go with a V8 LS and automatic in a couple year. But that was the first time he ever really got it smoking like that.

The obstacle at 6 min mark looked so steep even on camera. The Picture in Picture was a great touch. Looked like a really technical trail. Above my skill level there.

It was absolutely wild man. Above my skill level too. But your Jeep can definitely run it. I’ve learned my Jeep does OK with 7 and 8 rated trails out there. But 9 rated trails are definitely pushing me and my Jeep to the absolute limit. Hopefully the next Jeep build can do 10s. But we will see. And thanks for the comment about the picture and picture. I really like how it turned out. Just wasn’t sure how others would like it. I’m gonna try to do it more. Kinda breaks up the whole “here’s a Jeep running over a rock over and over thing”. Thanks so much for watching.

Absolutely. It was such a fun trail to run. Definitely kept us trying to problem solve the whole time figuring out the lines!

.Ive got to get to Sand Hollow! Fear is a huge adrenaline dump!! That feeling when you decide to bump and know you have to commit but not sure you want to!!! Pretty sure I fist pumped at 14:08!

Yeah you do! That trail was tons of fun! And that climb at 1408 was absolutely nuts! Actually the whole trail was wild!

Dangit! It’s so hard to stay on trail out there. Everything just crosses over everything. We were following OnX too. I’ll just have to go back.
