This is the official music video for our song Can't Find My Way, with me, Neal Schon, Joey, Deen Castronovo and Todd Jensen. Filmed at the Paramount Sound Stage in LA. Those were great times!! We never forgot hearing from Brandon Lee and having him put this song in his movie Rapid Fire. It's how many people learned about Hardline. He was a great man...and a Hardline fan!
Songwriters: Johnny Gioeli, Neal Schon, Joey Gioeli

2 things to say: If it wasn't for Brandon Lee and the movie Rapid Fire, I wouldn't know you guys. I was a huge rap hip hop guy ( I am from Brooklyn, NY) back in high school and when I saw the movie and heard your music, I became a rocker! It changed my life. Thank you Hardline for being a part of my life till this day! Someday, somewhere, 100 or even 1000 years and beyond, some teenage kid is going to find Hardline's music and when they listen to it, they're gonna say: "This is F'N Awesome dude." Hardline is timeless!

Tears in the eyes from the emotion it pulled up from deep inside, mass goosebumps & endorphins assailing my arms & back of my head, complete overload of senses. Quite an experience! Thankfully it doesn’t happen to often, it’s a wee disturbing looking over and seeing some driver making “O Face”, doh!!

Johnny Gioeli yeah, but we still very much appreciate you guys making great songs like this. You guys definitely deserved more success than most of the other “pop/glam metal” bands of the time; hell, bands of any genre. It’s a shame many people are oblivious to this. But in the end, we’re always stuck In The Hands of Time eh? 1992 unfortunately became the last year the mainstream liked jamming to good some good rock ‘n roll. Just bad luck grunge and other alternative stuff pulled the rug from under ya : /

Great tune from the era of the Power Ballads. Hardline was a "Super Band" that didn't truly get it's due but it also stands the test of time when others did not. I have a story from back in 1986 the first time that I met the Gioeli Brothers. I was in a band called Sabotage at the time and we were booked to open for Killerhit at Swizzles in York PA. I had known Jay King and Chris Gudat from their work in previous bands in the Maryland, PA, Virginia and West Virginia clubs. This was kind of debut for Killerhit in this area. You guys were so tight and you know when a band truly has it when they stand out and come across bigger than life on stage. You guys had that type of Prescence. Then at that time Johnny you and Joey would take turns as the front man and drummer for different tunes. It was the one thing that exhibited the talent in your band and between you two. Myself and one of the lead guitarist's from our band actually spoke to your father who was very nice and very cool. I wish you well and your bother well Johnny .

Whenever I felt downbeat in my life, listening to this song helped me get back on track and feel good inside again. This kind of music always had great healing power for my soul, thanks for that. Greetings from Switzerland.

Totally missed this band in the 90’s and have no idea how I managed to do it! I immediately recognized Schon and Castronovo, but had not heard of Johnny and Joey Gioeli. Great rock ballad! Gonna find some more tunes and check em out further.

One of the greatest love songs ever sung by one of the greatest voices ever. Johnny puts it all in his songs, all the emotion, all the rawness, the power, the darkness and light, everything. I used to crank all of Double Eclipse with windows rolled down while cruising up and down the streets of a small town in my 71' Chevelle. Good times. Thanks man. Stay metal!

Ohhh I forgot about this song until I was looking up all the old 90’s rock I grew up listening to. Im in my late 30’s & will always love rock & metal but they don’t make ‘em like this anymore. Ohhh the memories this brings back. Wish I could go back to my teens & relive them. i was totally obsessed with Hardline & just wish they’d got the credit they deserved. Keep rockin’ guys 😎

Johnny, just thought you should know my 10 year old was listening to "I'll Be There" on the way to hockey practice to hype himself up yesterday morning. Proud parenting moment right there. That boy has some good taste in music! Granted I introduced him to it but it took his heart to be captivated by it and to be open to using it to energize himself before hitting the ice. You guys are reaching a whole different generation and may not even know it!

Bro! First, a hockey kid is 27 thumbs up!! Give him a check against the boards for me!! Hahaha (gently). Great news on the pump up!!! He should also check out my solo album and the song “hit me once, I’ll hit ya twice”. Hahaha. Be well and safe! - Johnny

Hi Joey. The music of Double Eclipse always takes me back to some of the darkest moments of my life, followed by some of the best of times in close succession. A truly fantastic band then, and I'm grateful that you can still give the world new Hardline music today. Thank you. When the band makes it's next trip to the St. Pete/Clearwater/Tampa area, I will be there. I wish you still sported that magnificent mane of hair, bro. Not too many of us from those days that can still pull it off! Peace, John
