Good to know it's cool but I've seen some they look black like mouldy after a while don't know if there is something to put on it to prevent that

Some of them are in blue and red and guess to try and combat the blackness is to do a pressure washing treatment every few years

It would be best so you can visually see and pick the spot you want, you don't have to be present to so but so far I have been present for all of my plot purchases.
