These people are not hard up, looking at the truck they are using, which shows they are not humble people. this street food is just a racket, and the authority's should stamp these people out due to hygiene laws.

That’s an idiot’s whose stop the car right next to her while she’s settling up her stall. Who’s possibly be parked theirs car that’s kind of close to people moving and working at that spots like that.
