We were commissioned by Sea Interiors back in 2022 to film this absolutely enormous luxury contemporary country manor based in Berkshire, England.
The estate is near the village of Holyport, five minutes off the M4 near Maidenhead. It sits within a huge property, encompassing 40 acres of land with landscaped gardens, woodland and paddocks.
The setting is close to a picturesque village green, adjacent to miles of polo fields and within sight of Windsor Castle.

This property first launched to market on 15th September 2017 with a guide price of £30m and at one point in 2022 it was listed for offeres in excess of £20m. The interior and the parkland setting are extrodinary but it misses the mark completely when it comes to architectural design - it looks more like a office complex or business park from the outside. If it was rooted in a Georgian design I'm convinced this property would have found a buyer a long time ago.

Clearly a spec house fail. They'll be lucky to get half of the asking price.
