Hari ji great singer hain,ustad mehdi Hassan Khan saheb ki gayki ka unki gayki par gahra asar hai.2003/04 ke dauran j p palace hotel AGRA me janab hari ji se mulakat hui ,mein wahan restaurant me ghazal perform karta tha, hari ji ne mujhe bhi salah di ki Khan saheb ko sunte raho aapko bada mufaat hoga,yakin maniye uske baad mene bahut kam kisi ko suna, mujhe bahut kuch mila. About mehandi hassan saheb, I would always say... 1st Mehandi hasan 2. Mehandi hasan 3.... now you add whichever singer you like. Yes Hariharan saheb too is infirst 5. A great natural singer .

Itnay gunni insan k moo se Mehdi sb k baray me aese lafz to sochain k Mehdi sb ka kya muqaam hai singing me... Ye tareef koi aam bnda nahi ek sureela or kamaal ka singer kr raha hy. Hariharan G ap ki muhabbat waqi e qabil e tareef hai.

I m crying, dont know why. Made me pure to be with god. Tughe dekhna ibaadat, teri yad badgai hai. When Mehndi hassan sir visited India, in 80 s, in parivate mahfil UP, my father was there . Till now, he use to tell us abt khan sahib. U can search that videos. We r fortunate enough, he is a gift to us. Hari sir, respect u a lot. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hari harran himself is a legend. The way he talked about Mehdi Hasan sahib increased his respect 100 folds in my eyes If a person is secure about his /her abilities he will not shrink to appreciate other artists. Same you can see about Lata ji and Madam Noor Jehan. Both never hesitate to acknowledge the greatness of each other.

For your kind information Hariharan Sahab,first visit/ concert of Mehdi Hassan Sahab in India was in 1979 . Two LP records Live in India were released by Polydor/ Music India. So it is your wrong statement that you met in 1975 as an Student 😊
