Indian Musicians when They Play Music is like an Inner Dialouge with GOD...I remember when I was playing and learning in Varanasi Sitar and after the Vicittra Veena it was such a Blissful Connection that I still have now often when I Pray to Them and Recite Mantras...GODS they will Always BLESS INDIA...NAMASKAR.. KIJE'.. OM

Pandit ji has created an immortal and magical painting but he has used his flute instead of paint and brush. I can visualise the scenery he was seeing before his mind's eyes while breathing into his flute. Great masters like Pt. Hari Prasad Chaurasia ji never die. They live with us through their music.

Very peaceful instrument.. When I get sad just I listen this mind controls automatically

I bought this album ( and the other 3 of the serie I.e. désert, valleys and mountains) when I was a very young girl travelling and backpacking in India back in the early 90s 😍😍😍 my mum loved them and when we played them at home in the summer, windows open, in our small street, our neighbours came asking about this wonderful music so I bought the tapes for them when I went back to India a year after 🇮🇳 😍🥰

It’s like I can’t get enough hariprasad. This man has divine music

I have come back to this now and again over about four or five years now, and I am always glad and thankful to be able to find it again. It is a beautiful piece... a beautiful peace. May peace flow through your heart like a calm river.

The blend of flute, santoor, some bass string instrument, tabla, and percussion along with the ambient sound of river/water makes it so enchanting. Excellent recording with zero level distortion!

m proud of my India,Indian culture.....n Indian classical music...it is divine.....even LORD KRISHNA holds basuri... n Goddess Saraswati holds veena...Lord Shankar has damroo..Lord Gnesh has Mridanga.. Lord Vishnu has shankha.... we call our Lord as Murlidhar..i.e. the one who holds murli n we call Goddess Saraswati as Veenadhari i.e. who holds veena.. music is the eternal part of India.

Sadness prevails every time I find out people scraping out the negativities of the creation instead of just praising music and it's connection to nature, our Mother... People, learn to point out the positive elements to post and not the faults of the 🌍 ...Only the ones who are faltered themselves would see the wrong side of the life.... Only focusing on the right side would let you through the light and beauty of existence... And after all, don't pretend y'all to be blind to the fact that what we get in life is our karma and that we all face together is our collective karma...just accept that wrong leads to wrong and also right leads to a miraculous right ,and you'll know that it's in our own hands to make a difference in our lives.... We just can't blame the outside world for it...when you stay connected to Nature you never find an excuse.... You're a beautiful soul...God loves you...

The Indian music maestros like Hari Prasad Chaurasia are the crown jewels in the field of music not just in India but the whole world. I am a regular trance listener but I like anything in music that makes aesthetic sense and is still without words. Its a good change from hard trance and soothing to the ears.

Transcends mundane bondages ; takes you to an ecstatic word ! Simply soulful !!!

I come back to this again and again, sometimes after many weeks or months, but it always touches my heart, like washing the dust off your soul. Please never take this down - people need to be able to find this.

Pandithji is not only greatest musician india has produced, he is also a very modest about his achievement. I was lucky to attend his concert in Bangalore last year on Barka Ritu concert. what an amazing person we witnessed. I was blessed to get drenched in the music of monsoon through his divine flute ! We are truly blessed to have great artistes in India like him, Pandith Shiva Kumar sharma, Ronu Mujumdar to name a few.

Makes me feel all around me is beautiful and I’m lucky to be part of this beauty ... people, river, trees, mountains, plain field and all creation lives within me !! 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

I recently attended Pandit Ji's concerts in Indian Habitat Centre and Kamani Auditorium, New Delhi. It was so mesmerizing,literally had goosebumps. Complete bliss. _/\_ peace.

I am in Puleni Khet , young paddy field is dancing in late afternoon breeze and the river below invites me for a brisk swim .

so enchanting,shut your eyes and get transported to the himalayan mountains far away with little villages nestled in her valleys,then to amar shonar Bangla with her naukas drifting softly on the gentle ripples of Ma Ganga between green paddy fields on either side as far as the eye can see on the horizon!

So soothing. My deepest respect to Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia.
