We can use the expression "Makes sense" along with "to" and make longer sentences in a separate sentence pattern as well. We mainly use the expression to talk about whether something is clear, easy to understand or logical. The best way to get a good understanding of this expression and the sentence pattern is to understand how this is used in example sentences given in the lesson.

1.අන්තිම වෙනකන් බැලුවොත් ඔයාලට මේ පාඩම ගැන හොඳ අවබෝධයක් ලැබෙයි. 2. මීට අමතරව "make sense of" කියල අපි කියනවා තේරුම් ගන්නව කියන අර්ථය දෙන්න. උදා : I can't make sense of what he said. - මට එයා කියපු දේ වැටහෙන්නෙ නෑ. 3. අනිත් කාරණේ තමයි කතා බහේදි It makes sense වාක්‍යයේ It නැතුව නිකන්ම Makes sense කියලත් භාවිතා වෙනවා. උදා : Yes, It makes sense. = Yeah! Makes sense.
