This is the last BTS episode of the Bihar Series & this video is about our journey from Janakpur (Nepal) to Patna. After reaching Patna we spent 2 days here & explored Patna.
I wanted to visit Vaishali and other tourist destinations of Patna but could not do so bcoz most places of tourist interest were closed on monday.

Hotel in Janakpur - We stayed at Janakpur at Hotel Sita Sharan, Janakpur. Overall I liked the hotel & the stay was also comfortable here.
Tariff - Rs 2500 for double occupancy including breakfast for Feb month.
Met with Mukesh Ji - We met here the Local of Janakpur Mr. Mukesh Ji who is a theatre artist by profession.
After this, we explored the Dhanusha Dham with Mukesh Ji, which we shot on the Visa2explore Channel. Just in case if you have missed watching that video, you may check out the below link.

Lunch at Janakpur - We had lunch at a Restaurant Mithila Thali by Chef Santosh, Janakpur. We had the special Mithila Thali for lunch.
Rabri at Bhagwanpur - After this on the way from Sitamarhi to Patna we had Rabri at Sahu Mishthan Bhandar.
Rabri cost - Rs 50
Dinner - Then we covered some distance and had our dinner at Highway - Lallan Singh Dhaba, overall the taste was great we enjoyed the food.
Next Day --
The next day we attended an event in Patna - GTRI 4.0 this event was about “Bihar Development” so we were also invited to the Tourism category & I shared my thoughts on how Bihar can grow from a tourism point of view.
Chamapran Meat - We came to know there is a shop - “Champaran Meat House” here in Patna that sells the tasty Champaran Meat in Ahuna style.
We Visited & met the owner of the shop known as Raju Champaran & we had the Mutton and Roti there.
Champaran Meat Cost - Rs 300 for 200g
The next day we had a return flight to Delhi, we didn’t shoot that much on that day
Chaurasiya Litti Chokha - For lunch, we visited the famous & old shop of Litti Chokha in Patna “Chaurasiya Litti” & had Litti Chokha there, the taste was really amazing we enjoyed the taste there.
Litti Chokha Cost - Rs 30 per plate . This shop is near Patna railway station.
Chandrakala Sweet - After this we had Patna famous “Chandrakala Sweet”.
Chandrakala Cost - Rs 20 per piece
Patna Airport - After this we headed to the Airport we had a return flight to Delhi.
Delhi Airport - After 2 hours of flight journey we reached at Delhi Airport
At the Delhi airport, I shared my and the team’s top experiences of the Bihar - Nepal tour.
Next up will be the Bali Series - We started our Journey from Ubud then went to Nusa Penida, Kuta & Seminayak.

Harish ji BTS is also an enjoyable experience. I loved your entire Bihar series. Visits To Madhubani Paintings, Padmashree Awardees interaction, Janakpur temple, Mithila Thaat and the Finale Littii Chokha are all unforgettable experience. 2 littii and Generous serving of Chokha at Rs 30/ is very reasonable. Thank you Harish Ji for your blog on Bihar , I bet no blogger have explored Bihar like you. Bihar have very rich cultural heritage , in your trip circuit you would like to include additionally Vaishali and Deoghar (religious significance) and Motihari (Satyagrah Andolan started here). Thank you again as being from Bihar I haven’t explored it to full, you inspired me. Your Madhubani episode and detail narration of Madhubani paining is best one , thanks for telling wider audience about it making them aware of this art form.

हरीश जी.. आपने सीतामढ़ी से मुजफ्फरपुर के बीच 'city of balushahi' के नाम से प्रसिद्ध 'रुन्नीसैदपुर' को cover नहीं किया। यहां लगभग 100 से अधिक sweets Shop में मुख्य रूप से बालूशाही नाम की मिठाई ही बनती है, जो बिहार के कोने कोने के साथ ही देश की कई शहरों तक तक भेजी जाती है। You really missed it.

Ofcourse Champaran mutton is so popular that is available at maximum food joints of the country. Litti chokha of Bihar is more or less like dal bati churma of Rajasthan. Awaiting eagerly to watch BALI WITH HARISH ✌️

Please do visit Valmiki Nagar Tiger Reserve and Kaimur hills. You should visit Kaimur and Rohtas during rainy seasons. Kaimur and Valmiki nagar can become major Ecotourism centers if developed and promoted beautifully

Harish ji Rabdi looked very nice in Bhagwanpur area. Lalan singh dhaba ki dal i liked. Dhaba ki walls were very colourfull. I did not like spicy gravey in lunch. Good to see in the conference. Aapki awaaz in the video is not very clear.
