Hariyali Gosht is a traditional mutton delicacy from the exquisite kitchen of Mughals, famous for its rich & palatable food varieties. generous mutton pieces that are soft, juicy & succulent cooked in green gravy and with fresh herbs, spices & butter will melt in your mouth....
Ingredients:
300 g mutton
2 medium size onion
1+1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp butter (optional)
3 tbsp yogurt
1 handful of coriander leaves
1 handful of mint leaves
4 green chillies
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
1 tap coriander powder
3/4 tsp black pepper and
3/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp fenugreek leaves
3-4 tbsp oil
3 green cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stiCK
1-2 BAY LEAVES
