In this video, I replace my 2007 Harley 883 Fuel Pump Assembly with this unit I purchased from Quantum Fuel Systems.

thank you for the video Chris! Pay no mindto HarleyKenn below - much appreciate the time spent to make this video. How many miles have you had with the new pump? Looking at buying this but see some reviews of one of the gaskets failing and leaking fuel from the wires after just a couple miles/hundred miles? Thank you!! Cheers from Texas!

This was the full kit that you purchase from QFS. I put thousands of miles on this setup with no issues.

Today going to work I broke down, I think is the fuel pump. When I put it in run I don't hear the fuel pump before I use the hear the whine. In looking for the drop in kit that comes all assembled.

why QFS instead of using OEM harley parts? I am very reluctant to use QFS products because of the mixed feedback it has on several online platforms. Any issues with what you have done using their products?

No video on results. But it's running strong with no issues. No fuel starvation. Other than when you first hit the on switch and you hear the fuel pump engage for like 3 seconds, it runs silent. That is completely normal though.

Unfortunately there are not many informational videos that show a detailed breakdown of all the parts in the gas tank. Hopefully someone who is more familiar with these bikes could do a good tutorial in the future.
