Max I too am a Harley Benton fan. I always like your channel because you stay true to the average guitar player on a limited budget. Some of the other channels all they want you to see is their $1500 and $2000 guitars

Absolutely wonderful guitar, after 7 months of owning it, I'm still in awe about how cool it feels, sounds and looks. My favorite style of guitar (super Tele) + my favorite color (Dark Turquoise) within one guitar, the purchase was a massive no-brainer for me, not the kind of opportunity I come by often. I find myself playing a lot more with the pickups splitted and some clean amp tones nowadays, and it still sounds killer, especially in the neck and middle position.

I wish they offered the green with the roasted neck. Great looking guitar.

Guitar manufacturing has progressed light yesrs ahead of what was available in the 80’s. A 200 dollar guitar was unplayable back then.

I've had my $30 HB LP copy for a week and I've played more in the past week than I have in the past few years I think, the right guitar is super inspiring!

Harley Benton is the biggest "secret" of the guitar world. My sub-$200 SC Progressive is one of the nicest instruments I've ever played, and completely sold me on Harley Benton.

Since the covid thing started I have ordered two guitars from Thomann. Both were sent ups express (as opposed to DHL previously). Each time I received the Guitar from Germany to Vancouver Canada within 4 days. Costs are a little higher, but worth the time difference for me.

IIRC Harley Benton slightly rotated the selector switch on the Fusion T to stop one of the knobs getting in the way. Now it has a the same layout as the Fusion 2.

Was never into the Tele until I looked at the black Harley Benton, now I want a Tele.

Got a 62 strat Fiesta red over sunburst with a rosewood slab all original and the case at a garage sale in ELK Groove village, IL for 120.00 in 1974. Got lucky before that had a harmony,built like a med gretch semihollow black and white.

I LOVE mine. GB, no trem. I thought, as with many budget guitars I buy, I would need to upgrade pickups, electronics, and tuners. Nope. Everything works, and sounds so good there's no need in my case. The only drawback is the 3 way switch placement. Yes, you get used to it, but I have to change the way I play a bit. Not a deal breaker. The fit and finish is spot on. I highly recommend this guitar. Prince matters!!!

I own the hard tail version in this very color for few months. Newer batches like mine have the switch slightly angled, so it is much more comfortable to use. My main guitar is a Gibson LP and I have found myself, believe it or not, playing this guitar more often. Very slight neck dive, but the control cavity is huge, enough to fit some counterweight and still being a light guitar. Some people seem not to like the low output pickups, but for me was like discovering a new world, still plays hard, but more dynamics and more versatility. I don’t feel they need to be changed for overpriced crap. As always amazing reviews in this channel.

Al my guitars I own cost from 700 to 1500 but I'm really enjoying the affordable guitar collection of video's you have. I am amazed out how good some are ... it's crazy. I mean if you ain't stuck on where it's made or what's on the headstock there is so much bang for your buck out there. I mean just look at it as kinda like a boutique guitar or a guitar nobody else around you is going to have. I really dig that color , I find it cool that you you own such a vaste collection of nice professional and intermediate priced guitars like pretty much every guitar I freaking want that's out right now but you still shine a light and illuminate the little guys or not as well known more affordable guitars. It's not like it was back in the day when we was young, kids don't know how good they have it with these amazingly made guitars of today. I started out on a old ass harmony acoustic that sounded like a banjo such a pos but I was so dedicated I didn't care. It hurt like a mfer to play too , which if kids touched that guitar now they would quit instantly and kick it back to the 1950s. Nah I'm not that old lol I was born in the best year every 1980...

I have the HH model with the roasted neck and the angled pickup selector switch. Have had for three weeks. Did have to upgrade pickups but I love the neck and everything else about it. Plays great and stays in tune stellar and sustain forever! The stock pups are ok just wanted a little more clarity and bite.

Just pulled the trigger on this exact guitar and hopefully won't take too long to arrive (Germany to the UK) Great to see an excellent review of this guitar. I'm an LP player, have a couple of them and been wanting a Tele with HB's and Trem, the Fender American Luxe tele was seeming like the only one available until I saw this. Still can't believe the spec compared to the low cost. Thank god I didn't have to spend 2k on the luxe!

I'd played this this guitar for one month. I took it to my guitarspecialist to have the nut adjusted. This one was a bit to high. I think it's a great guitar for this price. The rest was fine. I also have some very expensive guitars so I know what I'm talking about. The pickups have been a bit more agressive. Other then that absolutely great!

Just got mine (and like 5 months early apparently) and the pickup selector has indeed been changed to a strat style diagonal one (actually my preference). So far loving the finish and neck but, the setup came sky high so after dropping the bridge a bit the action is now fantastic. The other thing I will likely do is swap the springs on the trem; my other wilkinson trem would flutter and this one has two massive springs will not allow it to because of the tension. Other than that for the money it is crazy just how good it is, and the pickups I will even leave until I want a more specific sound

I own HB Fusion T Hard tail (I don't like any kind of vibrato bridges, but I do own couple guitars with those). That guitar is GREAT!

I bought a black one about 6 months ago and it has become my main guitar now my Stratocaster and Les Paul are backup guitars

I had a 72 Telecaster Deluxe (2 humbuckers) in the 80s that I got in Austin for $250. For the price, it was near mint with OHSC. Guitars were cheap in those days. However, it was seen as too much of a hybrid, even by me, and I let it go. I didn't lose anything on it and proceeded to spend the next ten years jamming on a mid-60s Fender Coronado II for old-school fuzz and a early 60s SG Special (P-90s) for blues rock and hard rock. Guitars were cheap in Austin in those days. Then family got me away from guitars other than "parlor music" on a Gibson J-45. Now I've been getting back into it and finally see some charm in the Tele's. I play a MIJ Epiphone Les Paul black beauty clone, a Jackson Dinky, and a new Firefly DCD Les Paul Special clone (2 P-90s) that is awfully close to the feel of the old SG or my other lost Gibson, a P-90 Melody Maker also from the 60s. But my new acquisition is a beat-up Tele in Ugly Green that I will add a P-90 to, possibly in the middle, keeping the lipstick in place. Also been thinking of a Bigsby trem but going to look into that Wilkinson first. Thanks for the content, and the nudge into memory lane.

My HB guitars have definitely stood the test of time owning my first ( sc custom lp copy) for over 3 years and its been my backup gigging guitar from day one. Yes slightly modified but only slightly. Iron gear pickups cts pots and decent caps. Its a great lp copy as I don't take my £5k lp into rough north east english pubs! Wish harley benton were around in the 80s that's for sure.

Got this guitar today after watching your demo and guitar was very good but I had to repair the guitar cord jack right out of the box.

FIY, apparently they changed the coil switch orientation, because of complaints; it is now positioned diagonally like on other Fusion models (but their pics aren't updated). Great video as usual, Sire ^_^

I have no problem with hearing you rip on guitar, because I'm perfectly happy with my own playing - but they used to tell us at Guitar Center that it actually turns off the less experienced guitarists because they get super discouraged and then don't even want to buy a guitar, because they think "I'll never get that good." Just food for thought.

I’m very tempted to get one of this guitars, and you’re right, when it come to Telecaster style guitars there’s not many variations of the instrument, Fender made the plus in the early 1990’s with dually lace sensor pickups in the bridge and “full size “ single coil neck pickup and even some of those guitars had a floating tremolo bridge, now they are really hard to find

After sending my Wolf back, ordered a Fusion-T HH Roasted FNT

I have old tele I found in Germany. It has a swirly paint job on the back (red, black, blue, and some yellow). It looks like they barely mixed the paint and just dipped the guitar in. However, the front was painted white then a weird biomechanical thing airbrushed on the front. I had it appraised in Turin and they said t hey couldn't estimate it for some dumb reason.

Can we get an update on the buried Les Paul?

I thought I'd get the HB Fusion-II HSH from Tohmann. But then I remembered that my country makes us pay 40% customs duty. 🙄

Nice looking machine! A caution for those who would buy from overseas: shipping is indeed problematic. I know some folks who've had no problems, others who've had lots. For example, I've had a Harley Benton SC-1000 sitting in the customs warehouse in Chicago since June 24. :/

I got mine and left handed when you pull out the splitting of it because the volume and half feet plus they’re too hot so I put alnaco two magnets in mine Primo

I just set one up for my brother. My honest thoughts, for the money a great guitar but a HORRIBLE set up from the factory! I had to shim the neck, it tilted into the body. The bridge was crooked and way out of adjustment and the nut could have been filed a little deeper. But once I fixed those issues, it played fine. Great neck, beautiful finish and body, sounds OK and the locking tuners work.

I have one of these in matte black and added a killswitch...the wilkinson tremolo system is better than a Floyd rose....

I'm thinking of buying this guitar to play with my band, we play death metal in drop A. Bad idea? Should I necessarily change the pickups? I know there are guitars better suited for metal even in this price range, but I remain a lover of classic shapes, and i find this one gorgeous.

I have this model in black, I bought it for Christmas from last year and now I’m having some issues with guitar, the finish is cracking in the neck joint (hopping it’s just the finishing) ... maybe I had bad luck!!! Everything else nothing to complain.

I love a "Heavy Metal " tele. I just would sand any finish off the back of the neck. ...and then put Dimarzio DP100S in it.

Harley Benton already change the pickup selector switch angle. Maybe they was listen to you.

If only the strings didn't go through the body but through the back side of the tremelo like some of the older model Tele's: I would have bought this one in a heartbeat.
