Can you share me the experiences in terms of ground clearance, cornering, braking, turning radius etc

Tighten the top first, put the bike on the ground with you on top and push down on the front suspension a few times, then tighten the bottom ones while the bike is on the ground with your weight on it. Otherwise your handling might be affected. Cool video, greetings!
