Thank you for this video. I have the stock projector bulb in my 21 Street Glide Special. And I want to replace it. Several other content creators have preached custom dynamics products, but you are the first one that I have found has actually done a head-to-head comparison. Thanks for watching and commenting. I appreciate the idea and input. I have tried some Amazon LED rear Lighting in the past and was disappointed. Looked just like the name brand item but even though it was LED, it's was no where near the brightness. So I ended up buying the quality Custom Dynamic item. So up front I saved a little but ended up spending more because the product was inferior. Not to say that is always the case, but, in my case it was. Dude, your simple side by side comparison of the lights at night, particularly in the turn, is exactly what i was looking for! and thank you for mentioning that the Custom Dynamic light (and probably the HD one too) are made by JW Speaker....cleared up some confusion i had for a bit there :)

Good information. I have the second generation daymaker on my 14 SGS. Major improvement over stock, however my night riding has greatly decreased since turning 60. So to spend 600-900 dollars for the latest and greatest isn’t worth the investment for me. I agree that if I got a new bike that didn’t have LED lighting it would be a huge improvement.

Wow, the two adaptive were darn near identical. I agree though, i like the pattern when you turn it on. I just put a CD Adaptive on my road king and absolutely love it. Total game changer. Great video brother.

The stock one is not bad at all, i personally like my light to be concentrated, and not all over the place and spotty. The second one looks like it has too many shadows, i like a solid cocentrate. The last one is nice when turning but the price is not justified

Frankly with the Custom Dynamics adaptive headlight, I rarely have to use high beams because the low beams are very bright and do a great job lighting the way. Great video and perfectly on time. I hit the small deer on my trip to Colorado so I need new one soon. Gladly no damage to the bike as I absorbed it with my lower leg but it hurts 😂

My lights come from Custom Dynamics. Excellent customer support, better pricing And lifetime warranty. I have the Halo LED 7”, and LED Pro beam turn signals.

I will suggest that the ProBeam will be brighter than the daymaker but you obviously lose thae adaptive capability of the Custom Dynamics Adaptive headlight. Nice comparison of the different lights except you didn't compare the high beams! I see this over and over and over again in these stupid youtube headlight reviews. A powerful high beam is critical on a motorcycle, yet 99.9% of the videos (yours included) totally ignore it. This is why I'm convinced that you (and most other reviewers) are paid by the headlight companies to tout the good stuff (powerful low beam) and ignore the bad stuff (weak or nonexistent high beam). Because I've tried the Harley Daymaker (non-adaptive) and the Eagle Lights Gen III and in both cases the low beam was good, great even, while the high beam was so terrible that I thought I had a defective unit (it wasn't) - weak to the point where you can't even tell it's on, it's so dim. I haven't tried the JW Speaker light but the fact that you completely skipped any discussion of its high beam is enough to tell me that it, along with the other two headlights you "tested", are garbage on high beam. I'm tired of people like you pretending to give unbiased reviews while dishonestly shilling for the headlight companies and their junk. A lot of folks are going to be tricked into buying these crappy lights because of people like you misleading them. Have you no shame?

Thanks for watching and providing your perspective. You are correct that I did not cover high beam. That was not to hide any shortcomings but rather to show a comparison between three headlights in a reasonable amount of video duration. The point of this video and many of my videos is to provide information and comparisons as best as I can via video and the spoken words to the viewrs so they dont spend money on something without some perspective. I do not get paid to produce videos from Harley Davidson or Custom Dynamics contrary to your presumption. All opinions in my video are mine and not scripted by either company. I do get paid by KZfaq based upon the views on a particular video. Based upon what KZfaq pays vs the time I put into the production of my videos...I'm not even earning minimum wage. I don't do this for the money, but rather to help educate or provide information to the viewers which is FREE to them. @@HDVIBE It makes no sense to skip the high beam when evaluating a headlight, yet I see it time and time again. Makes me very suspicious. If your review is honest, as you claim, then I have to say it's worthless, just like all the other reviews that don't bother with the high beam. I really don't understand it. Don't you ever ride at night?

I do ride at night...as shown in the video. All part numbers are listed in the video description so you can compare the specifications for yourself. At the end of the day the viewer must decided what is right for their needs. No one is twisting anyone's arm or placing an order for any product via a youtube video. I look forward to seeing your Review Videos to show how it should be done. Oh, I see you have never released a video...so it will be difficult to learn from one that has never done. Custom Dynamics are as expensive as HD units. All are over priced when there are plenty of other units out there at a 10th of the cost. I love people giving their opinions...but now people only give opinions based on what comes to them for free

Thanks Paul for watching and commenting. A couple of points...if you compare apples to apples headlights from HD and CD...the CD are less expensive. The adaptive is several hundred dollars less from Custom Dynamics. There certainly are less expensive lights in the market, but, I like the life time LED warranty from custom dynamics and customer support. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you.
