excellent review of a bike I'd NEVER buy for all the right reasons.. that off idle "torque" you mention thats undefinableable is a factor of 2-valve motors & "swirl" vs tumble 4-valvers in combo with low comp engines & the way they burn in combustion.. likin the channel 👍👌🇳🇿🇳🇿

So just saying, bike is beautiful. But seeing you traffic filtering with your boys bike made me wonder- what did he say when HE saw that? I completely understand riding her in different conditions to fully comprehend what the bike is about… I also get that trying to understand what issues that the bike is having, you have to ride it… however being that it’s your friends, I definitely would have respected that it’s not mine… and would not be filtering through traffic and taking unnecessary risks that might give you more of a sensation, than you asked for… just saying

Nobody likes the 1200cc version? You must travel among a very small circle of friends. Everyone I know prefers that model when we're gobbling up miles and miles on a highway. A far superior steed.

IT may not be about the "specs" but did I hear ya say it's a, "V~10"? SH!T, I gotta go LQQK that up & the shorts may make people look cooler of a Harley but they also make people, plain old kool in a HoT -n- HuMiD place. All bikes are flawed just like I'm as flawed as a person comes but the one thing I can't stand is being soaking wet while riding. Good rain gear is a must have part of your stuff & personally I like the look of the back end of this bike but the short render w/ big fat tires is just looking for water to throw up your backside.... lol, she is a cool looker but for a primary bike to ride I'd pass. Enough of my bitching/complaining here, thank you for the offers to help people trying to build - I know you've got good mechanical skills & good taste/ peace
