This was "peak" harmon town. Harmon, Shrab, Davies (& Spencer), doing free form improv that just springs out of nowhere mid-podcast. I rate this 2nd next to the ED-209 Gender Fluidity skit.

As much as Dan seems to have problems with anxiety, he sure seems to place himself in a situation that only breeds anxiety here. But I guess that's kind of the point. I think he said Harmontown was supposed to be a kind of self therapy, I guess exposure therapy. "Well I put myself here. Gotta deal with it. Gotta talk about it."
