ALIF - Episode 11 || English Subtitles || 14th Dec 2019 - HAR PAL GEO
Alif is the journey of Momin and Momina, where Momin’s journey is to rediscover his roots and Momina’s journey is to maintain the livelihood of her family by fateful events their paths will join. In Momin’s journey when everyone has left him alone, his grandfather and Momina help him to connect with who he really is. The negativity in his personality has put him on a path where success and glamour meet him but he drifts away from his purpose in life.
On the other hand, Momina agrees to help him because she has recently lost her brother and struggled with emotional trauma, therefore, she understands the difficulties faced by Momin hence she and his grandfather plays the pivotal role to overcome his struggle with past and helps him make peace with memories of his mother.

This Drama is realistic because of Dada’s acting. He’s a great artist. All other co-actors are on one side, you alone on the other.

This is the first ever drama in which the actors are casted EXACTLY according to the characters and how the readers imagined them in the novel, from major to extremely minor ones. Love each one of the characters. Hats off the whole team, specially the director and the casting team.

Alif is based on spiricuality , it has the essence of love , the pure flavour of love. Not a story of love , but indicates LOVE in every FEEL . The understanding of Sultan and his wife is admirable. She knows he once liked husna but doesnt get jealous. Bears all hardships with him. And he is giving her everything. Brilliant performance by Manzar sahab & Ahsan Khan at 37:14. Manzar sahab's character as well as performance is unforgettable long after the story is over. Ahsan Khan has stolen the show in just a few appearances; he has made Taha's dilemma effortlessly palpable to the aundience. The way they have played out the father-son relationship is just surreal. Their interactions throughout the drama are simply worth watching again & again.

Ok the story is not really new same love, hate ,betray but the way the portray is brilliant. On other hand aalif story is unique , spiritual and peaceful, mind blowing acting of sajal humza qubra and others but drama so slow which I know because of it based on novel I think direction is weak
