Is that picture accurate? Recipes online suggest the yam is covered in an egg batter and then fried. Are those two different recipes?

@@mrosjo yes they are different recipes. Those ones to are really gooodd. We call them yamarita. But you can type nigerian yam and fried eggs to get the recipe. But the picture shown is very correct
