I looked up the ZO skincare brand she uses, £80 a bottle! The ingredients are standard skincare staples for dealing with acne: salycilic acid, niacinamide and lactic acid. It does not use a special soap agent, it uses a sulphate, SLS, which is in most soaps and shampoos. You can get face washes and wipes with those acne fighting ingredients in them, that are gentle on skin, don't include drying sulphates, and don't cost a day's wage to buy!

Hydrate inside and out. Avoid direct heat exposure. Exfoliate a couple times per week.👍

It depends on the skin type for exfoliating, and she said she doesn't exfoliate every day.

I get blocked pores if I exfoliate unless I use Guinot exfoliate which is grit free! Trust me feels like I have new layer of skin after!

Wow way too much exfoliating!! The makeup wipe is also an exfoliant so that's 3 times in one routine.....I bet her skin is so dehydrated which can ultimately produce more oil and acne.
