Dear Rohit, I bought 21 model Harrier. I fully satisfied about performance, quality and Driving experience. But, in service I got very bad experince and 100% not satisfied. For single issue I taken my car to service center for 3 times. it's been in the carrage around in 2 months for the above complaint.

Brother. Believe me I bought tata car in 2017 because the love and respect of Ratan Tata sir. I regret my buying option even after 5 years. The worst ever service experience that I have. My harman system repaired in exact 3 years that wasn’t covered under warranty. AC vent broken by service centre. Very high service cost…. My car is tata tigor. I have booked xuv 7OO diesel AT finally. Enough is enough for TATA.

My friend has back to back break issues, Tata service is not great …. Lot of parts are inconsistent….. beware

Tata never disappoints with functional issues....poor QC. For someone spending 20L+, Tata's need to be more focused on quality....who wants to keep their new vehicle in the service station !! Though people curse Maruti for light build etc....but the reliability of Maruti cars is amazing.... you buy a car and if you keep doing routine service, it never disappoints.

Oil top up is a big scam bro. If oil needs top up, then there is a problem with engine. You are never supposed to do engine oil top up in a new car.

Thanks bro for info . Rejecting it right away. Now I have kushaq/taigun(AT) vs Mg hector cvt AT . Let me knw your thoughts bro. It might help in decision. My usage is 60% in city and 40% highway.

Hi i had harrier 2019 model , it was very horrible experience, after taking delivery with in two days vehicle got break down , we had faced lot of issue , so with in 9000 km I sold the vehicle. My humble suggestions better pls sell out your car and go for good one

You should never move your car on 2nd gear from stand still.You car will soon start to agitate like local government bus. .

My suggestion not recommended. You can go for Toyota Innova. I still face issues in harrier.

@@ashwinkumar2294 there is left pulling in every Harrier that I know off and I know a lot of my friends in the same place. The system hanged more than 40 times and then they replaced 4 steel boxes and the display as well. The beading in the whole of the Vechicles were coming out and not stuck properly. The front door and boot didn’t close properly on delivery and the bush had to be adjusted for the boot and the front door was worked on. The fact is they do not have good people who are knowledgeable to provide solutions on service which is the biggest drawback. Hence, I would definitely urge you to look at an alternative

@@Dhruv-oh9mt that's insane amount of issues. Shockingly Tata just promotes on Ads.. what would your suggestion be as an alternative for a harrier? I'll be honest, first time buying a car in my 30 years of life. So can't afford to fall prey for issues

My friends don’t have issues with an MG or a Kia. If your budget is higher an XUV 700 in place of Harrier is a no brainer. Even a Jeep / Toyota would be a good choice best on your personal driving comfort. MG and Kia do not have service issues as well.
