MG Motor launched the Black Storm Edition of Hector SUV. This model is based on the Second Top Model Sharp Pro trim of the SUV. The Starting Price for Black Storm Edition is 2125 lakh (ex-showroom). It will rival Tata Harrier and Safari Dark Edition.
Hector SUV comes with the largest 14 inch touchscreen infotainment screen in its segment and 18 inch Alloy Wheels . There are also other functions such as a 7.0-inch digital driving display, panoramic sunroof, air seats and electric driver’s seat. Talking about the features, Hector Black Storm also comes with 360-degree camera, 6 airbags and automatic turn signal, which was introduced in the facelift model.
The SUV will continue to be powered by a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine and a 2.0-litre diesel engine. While the gasoline version has a 6-speed CVT transmission, the diesel version has a 6-speed manual transmission. The gasoline engine produces 142 hp power and 250 Nm maximum torque. The diesel version produces 170 hp power and 350 Nm maximum torque.
