Did she believe in the judicial process when she was let go by a different police officer, who pulled her over for suspicion of dui? She made mention in that video that the traffic stop could “ruin her career”.

The breath test resulted in 0.0 Was the test roadside or on the calibrated apparatus ? If it was the second, why is she prosecuted ?

No doubt she is a believer of the judicial process. Even after driving on the wrong side of the road and deputies smelled alcohol. She was able to talk her way out and was let off with a warning during her first DUI stop. If this went through the judicial process, she would have been guilty.

She got pulled over for DWI within 2 months, she has no respect for the law! Laws for thee, bit not for me!!!
