Not everyone's hair is going to look the same in twists! Due to different curl patterns, hair porosity, etc... Just work on refining your twisting technique & parting. Our hair is beautiful and magical ❤️

@@jenniferaidoo2423 I have 4c and I love mini twists. I just detangle and blowdry my hair first so I can twist quickly. Try it, you'll probably get addicted.

Yesss!!! I started wearing my natural hair about two years ago. I have a nice curl pattern and my twist look ok. But no wear near this nice

@@yuuphoria I suppose, but wigs and weaves cause balding and receding hairline because of how tight they are, constantly gluing to your scalp and so on...

@@antiromantic986 That’s only if they aren’t applied and taken out right. I have natural hair and I’ve also worn wigs and weaves for over 10 years. My hair is thick and I’ve never had any balding around my edges or otherwise. Stop trying to dictate how others wear their hair. It quite literally has nothing to do with anyone except the person wearing the style.

Woah I want to have my hair like that but mine shrinks soooo soooo much!! It stretches past my shoulders but still shrinks all the way down to my ears 😭

Have you tried putting your hair into 4 sections then putting a scrunchy or string all the way down your hair? I do it then go to sleep and it stretches my hair without heat

id say twist it and then stretch the twist everyone hair shrinks a bit

My shrinkage is so bad but over time when you care for your natural hair with good products it grows… just have to get through that awkward stage. It’s rewarding 💕

Use some metal hair clips at the ends of the twist to weight them down while they dry

When I twist my hair, I put a huge clip at the root while I twist so the top of the section doesn't get overly twisted as I twist down the section. I figured this out because sometimes my weakest strands would break at the root from the twisting and I could hold that section of hair up and see through it (see the uneven hair).
