Greetings from Montreal! Faousia was born in Casablanca, Morocco. Her family moved to Canada when she was an infant. Her Arabic heritage is woven through her music like gold threads in a fine tapestry. Her whole catalog is amazing! I hope you'll react to more of her songs. Faouzia is Amazing!! For sure keep reacting to her! She is 21 and her voice has a lot of Arabic influence in the way she uses her vibrato and runs! She is Morrocan-Canadian. Me again. Daneliya covered Faouzia's original version of "Tears of Gold' on AGT last year. And shortly after that, she released a cover of Faouzia's stripped version as well. Both are great, but Faouzia's versions are solid gold. I love the original video. And the stripped version is one of my favorite things ever. I hope you'll react to one of them. Cheers!

Oh my God finally you did a reaction on this insanally talented girl ... Faouzia is a moroccan girl living in Canada, so she has in her voice this wealth of the Moroccan north african music civilisation ; arabic ,amazigh , jewish , andalucian, moorish, African , western : Agility in the riffs and runs and the quick vibrato came from this and of course her voice has a big range from her rich well supported lows to the petfect chest belt and the powerful head voice ... She has clear pleasant tone to the ear and a perfect control and technic . You should for sure do reactions on her strippted/live versions of "Elon" , "tears of gold" , "this mountain" , "how it all works" , "Bad Dreams", "born without a Heart" and her Tik tok covers compilation and her song with John Legend... Believe it or not, vocally this is one of her tamer songs. To react to Faouzia, it is real easy, go on her official KZfaq channel, there she has the full stripped concert that she live-streamed from the Burton Cummings Theatre, just go song by song, not forgetting about her performance of her song Elon after the credit, which to me is her best to date.

Tears of Gold, the stripped version with her sitting in a room with lots of twinkle lights! But she has a great catalog of songs. She also does covers, but that one and Tears of Gold are just a sampling of ones that she wrote herself. She’s amazing!! I found her around the same time as Dimash, and I think he’s the greatest male voice in the world and she’s the great female. Jmo Enjoy going down the rabbit hole!! ❤️🐇🕳❤️

Great reaction! I hope you'll do more. FOH-ZEE-UH. You are right to pick a "Stripped" version - though it's interesting to hear how catchy/poppy many of her production videos are. For other "Stripped" spectaculars I'd look at: "Bad Dreams", "Tears of Gold", "How It All Works Out", "Born Without a Heart" and everything else - you can't go wrong. You should also check out her song Minefields with John Legend - I prefer the "Live on the Today Show" version. She also does amazing covers and her live performances are just as good (if not better) than the recorded "Stripped" versions (check out her recent concert for Arab Heritage).

Okay intro on who this legend is, since you asked for it: Her name is Faouzia pronounced as "FawZia" not "Fawjia". She's 21 becoming 22 this year. A Morocan-Canadian woman. She was born in Morocco ang her family moved to Manitoba Canada when she was about 1 year-old. She speaks 3 languages fluently: Arabic, English and French. She finished or about to finish a Computer Engineering degree. Her musical heritage is very rich because she multiple cultures infused together in her life. For example she has confirmed in an interview or live once that her quick riffs or "trills" come from "Om Kolthoum" who is a legendary Arabic singer, also Ariana Grande influence her music and singing too. My suggestions is that you watch all her stripped songs perfomrances. However I highly suggest you start with: 1) Bad dreams (wrote it when she was like 15 or younger) 2) Tears of gold 3) Elon (perfomed at the end of a concert she did at the end of 2020) 4) I'm blue dabadi.... (She KILLS this) 5) How it all works out etc.... And as for full production songs start with "puppet" and "minefields" (with John Legend, which there are lots of tv perfomrances of) and "hero"
