15 is a solid offer, CASH of course. Selling them to a store that needs to flip them and not direct to buyer... 15 is as good as you are going to get. The money to purchase vs what you could use that money for to flip a cheaper pair. You can't beat a 15K offer, good luck trying to get more than that.
