Id disagree with placing black Shimakaze over the regular Shima. The better speed boost and smoke on the tech tree version are always better than the Black Shima variants. And the situations in which a B Shima can make use of rapid reload are a few and far between. I’ve got about 6k battles in the tech tree version and I’ve played the B Shima many times. I’d never take black over tech tree.
