This song is always so powerful to me! And to here it played on a piano is really impressive! And even though he's long dead, Chapin will never be forgotten! Cat's in the Cradle is my favorite piece by him and it's a powerful story towards life. A bit of a lesson to life and it's telling you that there's nothing much you can do about your kids growing up! But all I can say is you just gotta believe you can! Great cover bud, you can do it!

Beautiful cover. Right before my grandpa passed away he told me that he regretted not getting to spend enough time with me and that this song always reminded him of our relationship together.

Harry Chapin wrote some beautiful songs ! this one would probably be his best known and when people pay attention to the story it resonates with so many :) !

Hi yes I know a few other HC songs , so I can do those ones I know (by ear) I don’t have sheets as such but I still have this project file and can export the midi if that’s useful (to generate the score)
