Harry Kane is looking unstoppable. Bayern Munich aren't perfect yet, but they're getting there. Serhou Guirassy deserves far more headlines.

The fact that Kane partly carried Spurs as much as he did (bar injuries and majority of the UCL 2018 run, yes... Son is a champ) and dug Spurs out of so many shocking league runs has always been a testament to his abilities, moving to Bayern as you say has taken him to the next level. I can't ever help but wonder, what if? What if he stayed and played under Ange. I'll keep dreaming for a homecoming.

As a Bayern fan, the team is only JUST beginning to incorporate Kane. Up until 2-3 games ago, they weren’t even passing to him at all; they were so accustomed to playing without a striker after Lewandowski left. Kane is a master and is so great to watch. He plays striker, but also is a world class no. 10. The linkup play with Sane and Musiala will only get better.

The Bundesliga currently has it‘s second high, where it was 10 years ago, when Guardiola and Klopp dominated discussions. Stuttgart, Bayern and Leverkusen not only have Squads with incredible potential, but also insane coaches. On the other hand the bottom is also very interesting: two teams that nobody thought of as promotion candidates a year ago, that are competitive in the first division, while Union Berlin shows that if you aren’t consistent in the Bundesliga names don’t matter

At least, when it comes to footballing quality at the top and the balanced relegation battle, you are right. On the other hand the Bundesliga lost some of it's giants with a lot of fans like Schalke and Hertha Berlin. I'm not shooting against Heidenheim or Darmstadt, but they're not bringing the same Atmosphere, something the Bundesliga is known for. The problem are rather clubs like Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg, Leipzig and Leverkusen. They took advantage of a special ruling inside of 50+1 which allows big sponsors to take over majority shares of the club after 20 years. Leipzig technically falls under 50+1, because they just evaded the rule by starting the club in low league football, where this rule does not exist. They just have 7 laughable members, all of them employed by Red Bull. These clubs now have all the benefits from TV-money, even though almost nobody watches them. They also don't have the same atmosphere as other teams and not a lot of fans. Fun fact, you need to pay ridiculous amounts to be even considered as a club member of Leipzig and even then the 7 owners can simply decide, if you're eligible to take part in their decisions. It was tried by journalists lol. If that's not evading 50+1 then nothing is.
@piekay7285

@@reinrassigerStuhl Heidenheims biggest problem isn’t the lack of fans, but the small stadium. They could fill a 25.000 or even 30.000 seater arena, just that they never were big enough for such an arena to make sense. But yeah, while I think that clubs like Leverkusen and Wolfsburg can at least partially be considered traditional first league teams, Hoffenheim and Leipzig didn’t earn their place. Without them the Bundesliga would be even better

Kane is awesome. I think he is the missing part Bayern needed since Lewa left. The only problem I see for Bayern is the squad depth. I hope they can loan in some players in the winter window, then they are golden. Leverkusen is awesome too, they play such a fun and attractive football. Alonso will eventually end up coaching Madrid or Bayern And Stuttgart is such a surprise this season. That they dominated Dortmund last weekend was astounding, sadly none of the other players can score.

I am enjoying the "you-tubes" of Bayern Munchen, and am amazed at the number of ways that Harry Kane scores goals. A hatrick of hatricks is a phrase I will cherish! I find it interesting that there are questions about the abilities of Bayern teammates ... from what I have seen of the highlights, they seem to be doing a good job of selflessly passing to Kane when he is in a scoring position, rather than themselves making a possibly failed attempt on goal. THAT is part of being a team when you have one of the most prolific scorers in history as your team-mate. It is also great to see Neuer back in goal, doing what he does best! Your video is a good example of the adage that you cannot please some of the people some of the time! For my part, I am delighted with the level of play I have seen so far this season!

One of the main reasons Bayern wanted Kane and not some other striker (Boniface and Guirassy both were offered to Bayern) was the fact that he is an accomplished leader. Bayern wanted to build a new main axis along the center that was sort of missing after Lewandowski left. Kane is not only a great striker, he is also a great leader and has a character that fits in very well at Bayern. All due respect he had his chances at Spurs, 2 league runs, fa cup semi finals, league cup finals... few goals. I love him and i'm a Spurs fan but it's the tough truth!
@tusia3899

@@Winter-NineI think the tough truth is that throughout his stay at Spurs, the whole team was never a one that would compete for titles. I'm actually surprised you got to the UCL final against Liverpool. Even if he did underperform in some cup competitions, it's not like his performances would necessarily win titles alone
@Winter-Nine

In the first handful of games he barely got any service (despite still scoring lol) but now it feels like hes really fit into the bayern team. Will be interesting to see how he grows especially with the partnership with sané which looks scary.

Because he is accustomed to getting no service. He went for periods of months at a time in Spurs with no service. I remember a few of the bad patch periods for Spurs, it was definitely like that. Spurs getting very low shots all game, and some games Kane was literally only getting 2 or 3 touches entire game. Defenders learnt to heavily mark him also which didn't help. So Kane just adapted. He would play in midfield to get service lol. He spent like 2 seasons in particular playing very deep, and became very good at play making. I think Conte deserves credit, since he told Kane he needs to play much further forward again, and Kane has taken elements of playing deep, and playing very forward, and combined them into one now. He can change it up on the fly, and can fool defenders with his positioning etc. No wonder it will take his Bayern teammates a while to adjust.

@@nickwoodward819 nah, I think he deserves credit, because Kane liked playing deeper. He literally wore a number 10 for a reason and thought he was Messi 2.0. Conte was like "oi, you're a striker m8, go play numba 9 boi"

@nickwoodward819 6 ай бұрын
@@Jez4prez1 tbf he was doing that for a reason, because he was getting no service, and it's not like conte's spurs were any good. Like you said, he had already play higher, but then dropped deep, so it's not like Conte unlocked something in him. my opinion at least anyway :)

Son is a terrible winger now though so he wouldn't be in this lineup. There's a reason why he's playing striker now and even then he still heavily relies on maddison because he lacks playmaking skills.

Son as good a Sane, if not, better. Sane played in a man city team meaning better chances and productivity for a winger. Spurs have relied on Son to play striker and winger for years. For Bayern Sane had a slow start. Son over Sane

As a bayern fan i think we desperately miss a real number 6. Someone who can control the pace of the game and break down an attack from the opposition if needed.(look how important rodri was for city when he missed 2 games 2 loses😬) Joao Palhina would be a great asset if he joins in the winter window. And with a few players to add for depth i think this Bayern can go all the way in the champions league. (Also english is not my first language so i might have made a few mistakes)

Bayern is a terrifying team for 2 reasons they can win when they are bad (which is a rare scenario to begin with) and they are a huge attraction for talent I remember when lahm was retiring (one of the best backs ever in my opinion) I thought Bayern will suffer no matter how good the replacement is because he was one of a kind so they surely couldn't replace him but kimmich fit like a glove and he replaced not only the technical side but the leading role and spirit and the same happened with alba and Davies so no matter who they are losing they never struggled to replace them

Kane is possibly in the best form of his entire career - scoring and making goals - and that is saying something!. In one calendar year for Spurs (2017) he scored more in all competitions than either Messi or Ronaldo -who also topped 50+. Last season he got 30 Prem goals alone in a season where Spurs finished 9th. Haaland scored more - but was playing for the best team on earth. But this season he has just got better. A snip at 100 M.

One of my favourite players ever, he’s just an insane goal-scoring machine, and seems like a real down-to-earth guy. But…. my nan would get 10+ goals in the Bundesliga. It’s what he did in the PL that makes him one of footballs greatest strikers.

I have always thought a team of German and English players would be an incredibly strong team, as both countries have a never-give-up attitude and they would bring the best out of each other. I feel this is happening with Kane, the German players have worked out his strengths and how to play to them. In the same way Kane is learning the strengths of German players and tactics, meaning he is improving too. It is great to see a German team playing with a typical, old fashioned even centre forward. They have been and are experts in playing this way.
