Kane is Englands all time top goal scorer above Charlton, shearer, that cements your name in history forever, and he’s still young enough and talented enough to have won more than Vardy by the end of his career, only then can you really compare. Lets say he goes out wins the CL with munich and then the euros with england there will be no comparison, history hasn’t yet been written for Kane.

Literally, as a spurs suporter, right now kane's legacy at the club is jamie vardy's legacy in 2013 when they won league one or something like that. If we only count trophies, it is no match. Kane left the club for trophies, gambled, and got absolutely empty-handed. The grass is always greener on the other side. I thought van persie would've shown him but alas.

Depends what you consider better. Kane could not match Vardy quickness and aggressiveness. Kane likes to drop in and contribute more to building up the play. They have very different styles.

Vardy quit England because Southgate didn't play him, even in the semi against Croatia, instead of bringing him on sometime in the second half to rip them up, he only brought him on for ten minutes when we were losing. That could've been a great England partnership, too, with Leicester legend and Leicester reject.

Kane's biggest mistake was listening to Levy's lies and singing another contract, staying on and winning zero. Vardy's done well at Leicester City and obviously had the trophies to go with it.

His own decision but infairness to Kane he joined a massive club now where the pressure of winning will be there every game . Kane will win league titles in Germany Bayern will be back

Why is this an argument? Vardy won the league with Leicester when city, united and Chelsea were at their peak Kane had to go to Baryen which had won their league eleven times in a row except for the day he signed for them. You can’t make this up 😂

Kane is still in the prime of his career, if he goes out and helps England win the euros it puts a completely different perspective on the question, you can only really compare the two once their careers have both concluded. vardy is 37 the history of his career has already been written, Kane is 30 and at his peak, he probably has another 3-4 years at the top level, he still has time to win silverware and break all the scoring records.

The answer is Vardy. Kane is a much better player but for whatever reason trophies have evaded him and that’s ultimately what every player will reflect on when the dust has settled. Vardy has a golden boot too so it’s not like Kane has done anything Vardy hasn’t. 😂

Vardy, 100% unfortunately, to his credit Kane was too nice. He should've put his career first rather than spurs. Kane is a great player, but has sacrificed medals for a statue outside Tottenham. Some would say that's a bigger honour....to be fair lesser players that are not rembered have a winners medal, they don't have a statue outside the stadium.

Vardy probably had the better experience as a footballer. But Kane had the better career. Winning trophies is a team game. Records are individual. And considering Kane has those records playing for Spurs says a lot. Plus you could argue, that Leicester team most of those other players in that team went on to have better careers than vardy did.

Harry Kane will be remembered 20 years from now, Jamie Vardy won’t. That’s the harsh reality of it, Harry Kane is England’s all time top goalscorer and if he came back for 2-3 more years in the Premier League, he’d be the Premier League’s all time top goalscorer.. Those records won’t be broken for MANY years. In fact, Alan Shearer is still highly spoke about today and is still relevant today because of his Premier League scoring record. The same will happen if Harry Kane gets that record.
