There were plans to make stealth easier with the invisiblity cloak, but at the last minute of development, it was cut.

Yea and then in Philosopher's Stone PS2 they decided to answer this further by making Dumbledore take away the cloak from Harry. He never gets it back.

You just need to remember to watch where the Prefects move before you try to get to the other side without being seen.

@@shadowx2652 Oh just more how you can exploit their ai and then make them say stupid things. For example outside in the grounds if you get chanced by one of them and then fall off the cliff edge bit then you get some great dialog or just them glitching in the air or through the cliff etc. It is very funny to watch tbh. That is basically how I will always remember them all now so anytime I see anything to do with the prefects it just amuses me.

the gamecube version is soon different there's no prefects in the great hall or outside

Yeah, same with the Xbox version. Xbox and Gamecuber versions were developed by a different Studio. They run with better stability and have better visuals In some aspects but It amazes Me just how much content Is missing from Them compared to the PS2 version. Not to mention that the Grounds In the Xbox and Gamecube version just warp You to the destination and can't be exploed by foot. They ended up using the PS2 version as the basis for the 2003 release of Harry Potter and the Philosopher/Sorceror's Stone Game.
