@@markjones3213 i mean that's probably true for the cursed child in particular since it's hardly even a book but in general i think Reading is a Lot more immersive than watching a movie, you get to experience the story in your own tempo, Imagine voices for your character and paint yourself a much bigger Picture than a screen ever could Tho i suppose some people have Trouble reading or Picturing what they are reading so If that's the case i understand why you would Like a movie more

@mariannehorn1375 No, I haven't yet. I do plan on doing so though. Books tend to go more in detail on characters- like giving more background on their history, personality, abilities and stuff, and I like that. 🙂 I've read several Harry Potters books before watching the movies. I do use my imagination as I read- character voices, places visited, and more- and why books are more fun! I think people don't either have the time or make the time to read these days. My aunt and I would always buy one copy of a Harry Potter book as they released back when there were Borders book stores around before Barnes & Noble as I grew up, so she would read it first then me, and we will have both read the book before the movie drops. I guess I haven't read it yet because The Cursed Child will be the first Harry Potter book I'll read alone since she passed away from Cancer. I guess I get my love of reading from her.

Was totally excited there for about a minute, and only caught on, when I noticed scenes from Locke and Key. I legitimately had goosebumps! This whole idea would be so good though! Spewing. I only just realised why I was like? “That young kid has a striking resemblance to Rob Pattison”… It is Rob Pattison😩 What a gee up! Would be great though👌🏼💯

What a clever use of clips from other media! Like a fun little game of "guess the movie/show" (I see you, Locke & Key). I really enjoyed seeing this play on the stage, the magic effects were so fun and impressive. It would be cool to see a movie of it, but I also enjoy the way they brought magic to life.

Curious if they could do a thing where it's all in his head. You could use the old footage as him remembering certain events. Remember Dallas after J.R. got shot, at the end they had it that Patrick Duffy character was dreaming. They are all so busy now with other projects, but if it is him remembering, you could bring in the fellow actors like 1 at a time and shoot scenes and then edit it together (probably take a year to do) Just wondering.....
