Most of time, but good luck getting it its a "mythical" [highest form of rarity is cursed mythical which is above mythical which is above legendary] you ether need to just get lucky on a gold or red key pull or do what I did and hope it appears in the shop and buy it for 30k gold

Cursed cards are a teir above the basic cards so like cursed epic is above epic, cursed legendary is above legendary, or cursed mythical being higher then mythical. and are the hardest to pull without rerolling, your best bet is to straight up buy them for 10-30k in the shop.

Also they don't work in story mode or against certain types of enemies like death eaters past teir 4, they then just do basic damge to said enemy like death eater rather then outright ko-ing them.

Which makes sense as a death eater should be strong enough to take hits from a death curse since in lore they are highly illegal and frowned upon type of magic.
