The first time I watched Harry Potter and I saw Draco Malfoy, I was a toddler, I thought he was an angel. Beautiful eyes and hair, my first movie crush. Then it turned out he was a jerk and he wasn't an angel but... he was still hot.

I don't think they quite captured Malfoy Manor. What they had was amazing but they seemed to forget that it is a family home. It wouldn't have been so empty and bland. This is the Malfoys they would take every opportunity to showcase their grandeur, which means lots of gold, silver and beautiful fabrics etc.

i partially agree...but i think they did a perfect job designing the house, however i think they showcased zero of that in film...in film due to all that dark filters at first(even tho i read the book) i wasnt aware it was malfoys home(that first scene), looked so dull and empty..only when i saw this video and some other pics of sets and stuff i came to realise how awesome and wealthy it was...i think they should use better lights for the scene, something like 'fireplace fire' light rather than that dull grey filter...and okay they had the table and furniture was around pushed to the walls...but whats with other scenes(like the one when they take harry and friends)...they even took the carpet out, left table somewhere at the side...thats bad..i would like it more if they arranged furniture back how it was..or at least as it was during the meeting(with table at center and armchairs there further back in the room or something) with the carpet..i know they tried to express how bad malfoys were at the moment but still

we do not, cause he was given land by william in return for some magical servicies..later generations would simply annex the land of neighbouring muggles(bare in mind that was prior secrecy statute) thus expanding...but im sure armand built manor house or was given an existing one from william with the primary land
